The lack of complimentary drinking water in the room is disappointing!!! The cleanliness of the SPA during evening hours leaves much to be desired. Late-night access to the amenities should be improved!!!

The hotel has a modern vibe with spacious rooms that felt cute and comfortable. I especially loved the selection at breakfast-it was a culinary delight! Plus, being right next to great eateries like Famiglia Angelotti was a huge bonus for our family.

The room was super spacious with a beautiful bathroom and comfy bed. I loved the breakfast with fresh pastries and various options. The place felt modern and clean. Valet parking was easy at Rs30/day. Just a heads up, the SPA could use some cleaning when I visited in the evening.

The Superior Double Room was really spacious and modern. The bathroom was beautiful, and the bed was super comfy. Everything was clean . Just a small thing, but the seating in common areas could be a little more comfy. A nice vibe throughout the room and hotel.

First, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a stone's throw away from a fantastic mall. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. They made us feel right at home. The rooms were amazing, with a luxurious and comfortable ambiance. We were impressed with the level of cleanliness and the attention to detail.

This hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center and various dining options. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and new. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options. I also loved the beautiful view of the falcon I saw from my window. Facilities like the heater added comfort and convenience.

The staff were superb, kind, and supportive. Simon at the reception and Bittencourt with breakfast and room service were excellent. Reginaldo was helpful and friendly, with great English. The food was great, the accommodation clean and new. The hotel was well-placed near the city center and a nice mall with food options.
